What is your return policy?
If you change your mind
Product Returns will be accepted within 20 days for store credit or exchange. Rebecca Cole GROW’s will allow store credit and exchanges with receipt and the item in its original intact packaging. All returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Special orders
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. Special orders and items made to order may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of payment - a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

We want you to love your Rebecca Cole order. If something isn’t right, contact us within 2days. You will have 20 days to return the item in it’s original condition and packaging. If it is damaged we will pay for the return shipping. A credit valid for one year will be issued. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED

May I return something in person to Rebecca Cole GROWs that I purchased online?
Yes, items purchased online may be returned directly to the store within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only with proof of purchase
Can I have my items gift wrapped?
Yes. We have our own special “organic “ look for $ 5 dollars. Just select the gift wrap option and it will be added to your cart.
Can I cancel an order that I placed online?
Yes. There is a 24 hour period from the time that the original order was placed in which you may cancel your order.
What if the item that I ordered is not in stock?
While we do our best to keep our inventory up to date, there may be times when something you order turns out not to be available. We will inform you by e-mail of that situation and tell you how long the lead time is expected to be for the item to come back into stock. At that point you can choose to cancel the order or to have us order it for you.
Some of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don't keep them in stock. This is especially true in the case of certain furniture and tabletop items. In those cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page. We require payment in full prior at the time of order, and we promise to deliver by the date promised. If for some reason the order cannot be filled as agreed, we will inform you prior to the delivery date, and you are free to cancel the order.

Can I have my online order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
Yes, If you provide us with an alternate shipping address in the US.
Can orders be shipped outside the U.S.?
No, not currently.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes. Though at this time gift certificates are not available online. Please call us for details.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
A gift certificate is just like cash and may only be redeemed in the store.
